Pricing and MOQ

    A transparent sample-development policy and project-specific pricing

A supplement quote is only useful when it is based on a real formula, dosage form, packaging configuration, document scope and order quantity. We therefore publish the part of our policy that is fixed and explain what must be reviewed before MOQ, unit price and timing can be confirmed.

Credited to the subsequent bulk order

What the sample stage is for

    • Up to 100 finished units is treated as sample development rather than a bulk production order.
    • The fixed sample-development fee is USD 2,000 and can be credited to the bulk-order payment when the project moves into bulk production.
    • The development scope, sample quantity, formula work and any project-specific material costs are identified in the written quotation before work begins.

Why we do not publish one universal MOQ

The binding minimum may come from the production line, an ingredient purchase lot, printed packaging, testing cost or unused material balance. After reviewing the brief, we identify the real constraint and provide it in writing.
